This is a wonderful fruity dessert, that can be eaten cold so it is perfect for hot summer days but you can eat it warm as well. All you need is some fruits, coconut milk and tapioca pearls. I hope you and your loved ones will like the taste.

1. 100 ml = 3. 38 fl oz 奶
2. 40 克 = 1. 4 oz 糖
3. 1/4 荼匙鹽
4. 165 克 = 5. 8 oz 揶奶, 小罐
5. 800 ml = 27 fl oz 水
6. 40 克 = 1. 4 oz 泰國西米
7. 1/3 茶匙班蘭葉汁 ( 香蘭葉)
8. 一些龍眼, 香瓜條, 芒果條, 木瓜條, 西瓜條. 水果方面隨個人喜愛.
Ingredients:

8. some logan, muskmelon, mango, papaya, water melon, choose your favorite fruits

But I failed in the preparation… my tapioca pearl have melted in the boilt water.. it looks like a white soup… no more pearl.. what should i do?
