Hi Maria, I like the ways you have shown on the u tube. It is easy to follow step by step. Could you please, show me how to make fried noodles with soy sauce for Dim Sum. Thank you.
Thank you for your videos. I really loved your detailed tips in the cooking methods. It’s really easy to follow through:)
Btw, do you know how to make “wu kok”, deep fried taro balls with pork filling served with dim sums? Can’t find this recipe around on youtube:)
Yes, I couldn’t find the recipe on Youtube too. I tried your lor bak gou. It is so delicious. I used 300ml instead of 250 ml water. Now I’m waiting for the taro cake. It’ s in the steamer. I hope it will turn out great . Thanks for the Video.
Wantanmien,

I am so glad to find you on YouTube! I live in a small town in MN and there is no Chinese grocery stores around. I am from Hong Kong and miss dim sum so much! I was so straving Pineapple bun and Cheung Fun so I was browsing YouTube and you are the best teacher and with our style! I followed your steps and tips to make both dim sum and turned out GREAT! My daughter love it! However, the temperature in US is not the same as HK, so we need more time to rise the dough. I will keep following you and learn more! THANK YOU!
You are very talented with your dim sum. They’re just like in the restaraunts! There is one dumpling that you haven’t done though. Could you add xiao long bao to your request list please. I’ve tried other recipes but the filling didn’t taste as nice in the restaraunts.
Thank you for ,those wonderful recipes, I’ll let you know how it turned out. Thank you
Again.
Dennis, I should say thank you for trying my recipe and your support
