Drunken chicken wings and chicken feet, 醉雞翼和雞腳

Drunken chicken is a trdaitional chinese dish, the chicken gets marinated in alcohol and the taste is very unique! I have been asked for a video on this dish many times and I am so happy to fullfill this request. You can use any part of the chicken for this dish but I wanted to make something special so I used chicken feet and chicken wings.

1. 1 片薑, 拍
2. 1 段青蔥頭, 拍
3. 3 只雞翼, 去毛, 洗淨
4. 3 只難雞腳, 去污物, 洗淨
5. 半茶匙鹽
6. 預備冰和水


1. 100 ml = 3, 4 fl oz 水
2. 2 茶匙雞粉
3. 1 茶匙糖
4. 200 ml = 6. 76 fl oz 醉雞汁, 李錦記
5.150 ml = 5 fl oz 紹興酒
6. 2 茶匙麻油

雞翼細火煮大約 30 分, 要煮熟, ( 對不起, 在 video 說 10 分是錯的, 請原諒 )
雞腳細火煮大約 20 至 25 分

大家爐不同, 請留意.


1. 1 slice ginger
2. 1 part spring onion white
3. 3 chicken wings, clean and wash
4. 3 chicken feet, clean and wash
5. 1/2 tsp salt
6. some ice and water


1. 100 ml = 3. 4 fl oz water
2. 2 tsp chicken powder
3. 1 tsp sugar
4. 200 ml = 6. 76 fl oz drunken chicken marinade, Lee Kum Kee
5. 150 ml = 5 fl oz shaoxing wine
6. 2 tsp sesame oil

Cooking time: chicken wings low heat around 30 mins
chicken feet low heat around 20 – 25 mins

Cooking time may vary depending on the heat
