Golden Syrup is another essential ingredient for cantonese mooncakes. When you have watched all three of my videos about cantonese mooncakes you should be able to make mooncakes on your own without any problem.

材料: 完成大約 250 克 = 8.820 oz, 糖漿

1. 100 ml = 3. 381 fl oz, 水
2. 20 ml = 0. 680 fl oz, 白醋精
3. 250 克 = 8. 820 oz, 糖
4. 3 片檸檬共40 克 = 1. 411 oz

餘下糖漿可冲茶飲或其它料理

Ingredients: around 250 grams = 8. 820 oz, sirup

1. 100 ml = 3. 381 fl oz, water
2. 20 ml = 0. 680 fl oz, white vinega essence
3. 250 grams = 8. 820 oz, sugar
4. 3 slices lemon totel 40 grams = 1. 41 oz

The remaining syrup, for tea or other dishes

      非常感謝收睇. 要放醋令部分糖會被酸分解成為不易结晶的單糖。這個過程就叫做糖的轉化。
      如沒有白醋精請改用新鮮檸檬汁要濾出渣代替, 至於糖方面分量夠否? 請試甜味, 因我用白醋精, 祝成功 :)
