mango pancake, 芒果班戟

Mango pancake is not a traditional chinese dish but you can call it a modern asian american dish. Nonetheless it tastes great and is a fantastic dessert. It is pretty easy to make, the secret is to get the soft spongy texture of the pancakes. Well I guess the secret is revealed as soon as you watch my video. Please enjoy!

皮材料: 6 – 7 塊

1. 2 個大雞蛋 ( L )
2. 20 克 = 10 茶匙 糖粉
3. 3 湯匙 奶
4. 40 克 = 1. 36 oz 先濾 麵粉
5. 100 ml = 3. 5 fl oz 奶
6. 1/4 茶匙 鹽
7. 1/3 茶匙 雲呢拿香液
8. 2 茶匙 菜油
9. 一張大保鮮紙
10. 26 cm pan
11. 一張小紙
12. 少許菜油
13. 一枝竹簽

餡料:

1. 2 – 3 個芒果 ( 中 )
2. 200 克 = 7 oz 鮮奶油
3. 20 克 = 10 茶匙 糖粉
4. 2 茶匙半 雲呢拿糖

提意: 餡可用 隨你喜歡水果

Ingredients:

pieces: 6 – 7 pancakes

2. 20 grams = 10 tsp icing sugar
3. 3 tbsp milk
4. 40 grams = 1. 36 oz sieved flour
5. 100 ml = 3. 5 fl oz milk
6. 1/4 tsp salt
7. 1/3 tsp vanilla extract
8. 2 tsp oil
9. 1 large plastic wrap
10. 26 cm pan
11. some paper
12. some oil
13. 1 woodpick

filling:

1. 2 – 3 mangoes ( M )
2. 200 gram = 7 fl oz freas cream
3. 20 grams = 10 tsp icing sugar
4. 2 1/2 tsp vanilla sugar

Suggestion : you can use any kind of your favourite fruits
