材料:

5.  一條青蔥, 洗淨, 切粒分開白和綠色

7.  大約 230 克 = 8. 12 oz, 瘦豬肉, 洗淨, 抹乾, 剁肉餅

調味料:

1.  一茶匙紹興酒
2.  一茶匙雞粉
3.  少訐糖
4.  少訐胡椒粉
5.  二茶匙生抽
6.  一只蛋白
7.  二茶匙豆粉
8.  二茶匙油
9.  少訐油攃蒸碟

蒸用料:

1.  很小許糖
2. 1 湯匙油

Ingredients:

Seasoning:

1. 1 tsp shaoxing wine
2. 1 tsp chicken powder
3. a pinch of sugar
4. a pinch of pepper
5. 2 tsp light soy sauce
6. an egg white
7. 2 tsp corn starch
8. 2 tsp oil
9. some oil to grease the steaming plate

For steaming:

1. a tiny pinch of sugar
2. 1 tbsp oil
