Tiramisu roll, 瑞士卷

Tiramisu is a delicious italian dessert. I have made a video about it before but somehow I felt that was not enough. Tiramisu had much more potential so I sat in my kitchen and thought how I can take this great taste and wrap it in a new innovative recipe. And here is what I came up with: a Tiramisu roll! It looks like a typical cake roll and tastes just like Tiramisu. I hope you will give it a try and will love the result just as I do.

餡材料:

1. 9 克 = 2 湯匙, 魚膠粉
2. 6 湯匙水
3. 90 克 = 3.18 oz, 糖粉, 先濾
4. 8 克 = 2 1/2 茶匙, 雲呢拿糖
5. 3 湯匙 Amaretto 酒
6. 250 克 = 8. 8 oz 意大利芝士 = mascarpone
7. 200 克 = 7 oz 鮮忌廉
8. 2 湯匙即溶咖啡粉
9. 2 湯匙熱水

卷材料:

1. 4 只旦, 分開
2. 4 湯匙暖水
3. 125 克 = 4.4 0z 糖
4. 8 克 = 2 1/2 茶匙, 雲呢拿糖
5. 少許鹽
6. 75 克 = 2. 65 oz 麵粉
2. 50 克 = 1.765 oz 豆粉
8. 1 茶匙發粉
9. 4 茶匙可可粉 = cocoa 粉

面裝飾:

1. 一些咖啡水, 隨你
2. 一些 Amaretto 酒, 隨你
3. 一些糖粉和可可粉混合, 隨你

Filling ingredients:

1. 9 gram = 2 tbsp gelatine
2. 6 tbsp water
3. 90 gram = 1. 76 oz, icing sugar, sieved
4. 8 gram = 2 1/2 tsp, vanilla sugar
5. 3 tbsp Amaretto
6. 250 gram = 8. 8 oz, mascarpone
7. 200 gram = 7 oz, fresh cream
8. 2 tbsp instand coffe
9. 2 tbsp hot water

Roll ingredients:

1. 4 eggs
2. 4 tbsp warm water
3. 125 gram = 4.4 oz, sugar
4. 8 gram = 2 1/2 tsp, vanilla sugar
5. a pinch of salt
6. 75 gram = 2. 65 oz, all purpose flour
7. 50 gram = 1.76 oz, corn starch
8. 1 tbsp baking powder
9. 4 tsp cocoa powder

Topping:

1. some coffe mix with water, if you like
2. some Amaretto, if you like
3. some icing sugar mix with cocoa powder, if you like
