I get alot of request for soups. So here is a typical chinese soup that is easy to make and very tasty. Please feel free to tell me your ideas and what other recipes you want to learn.

材料:

1. 大約 630 克 = 22. 22 oz, 瘦肉, 可以用羊肉或牛肉
2. 大約 630 克 = 22. 22 oz, 白蘿蔔
3. 3 片薑
4. 1/4 塊陳皮, 浸軟, 刮去瓤
5. 2 千 ml = 67. 63 fl oz, 水

調味: 放些雞粉和鹽, 適合自巳口味

Ingredients:

1. around 630 grams = 22. 22 oz, lean pork. you can use lamb or beef as well
2. around 630 grams = 22. 22 oz, turnip
3. 3 slices of ginger
4. 1/4 piece of dried tangerine peel
5. 2 000 ml = 67. 63 fl oz, water

Seasoning; some chicken powder and salt as you like
