材料:

1. 800 ml = 27 fl oz, 水
2. .3 片薑
3. 一條青蔥
4. 大約 440 克 = 16 oz, 五花腩肉
5. 一茶匙雞粉

配料:

1. 2 片薑
2. 2 粒蒜頭
3. 2 段大蒜 ( 白和綠色 )
4. 一塊揶菜
5. 1/4 個紅椒

打獻:

1. 一茶匙雞粉
2. 一茶匙水
3. 1/3 茶匙豆粉

調味料:

1. 一湯匙紹興酒
2. 一湯匙李錦記辣豆瓣醬
3. 2/3 茶匙糖
4. 1 1/2 茶匙生抽

Ingredients:

3. 1 green onion

5. 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
6. 1 tsp chicken powder

ingredients:

2. 2 garlic cloves
3. porree ( white and green part )
4. 1 cabbage leaf
5. 1/4 red bell pepper

Thickener:

1. 1 tsp chicken powder
2. 1 tsp water
3. 1/3 tsp corn starch

Seasoning :

1. 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
2. 1 1/2 tbsp Lee kum kee chilli bean sauce
3. 2/3 tsp sugar
4. 1 1/2 tsp light soy sauce
